What is the longest you stayed awake and why - insane - 09-11-2015 I stayed up 37 hours because i worked had my daughters birthday , taught my sis to drive, went shopping, took my sis to college, went to a party and then stayed up playing videos games but the longest I have ever stayed up is 53 hours in 1997 trying to talk a girl online out of committing suicide.
